Corporate Indigenous Inclusion Strategies

KatalystNow has extensive experience in developing and implementing effective, meaningful, Indigenous Inclusion Strategies for a variety of corporations. Our strategies are practical, deliver results and are fit for purpose.

Indigenous Nation & Community Engagement Plans - Major Projects

KatalystNow has in-depth experience in creating and successfully implementing Indigenous Nation & Community Engagement Plans on a variety of major projects, including LNG terminals, major pipelines, offshore exploration and oil sands expansions.

Establishment and implementation of concise Engagement Plans, effectively identifying project risks, mitigations and opportunities in support of successful regulatory approvals.

  • Indigenous Equity Participation: KatalystNow has the ability to be a facilitator of meaningful equity opportunities for Nations and Corporations by ensuring a respectful approach on a level ‘playing’ field, leveraging a variety of equity sources.

  • Indigenous-affiliated Contractor Inclusion: Through extensive experience working with corporate supply chains, KatalystNow is able to effectively position Nation-owned and affiliated contractors to engage in procurement processes.

  • Workforce Development: KatalystNow supports workforce leads from Nations and Tribes, along with corporate Human Resources, to develop effective workforce inclusion plans, resulting in sustained employment at all levels.
